1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:

- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

- Original packaging and tags are intact

- The item is not from our Final Sale category (if applicable)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, resized, or altered are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at buy.vgaccessories@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

Step 2: Include your order number and reason for return (photos help if the item is defective or damaged)

Step 3: We'll confirm your return request within 24-48 business hours and share the return shipping address

Step 4: Ship the item back to us; we recommend using a tracked service

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)

- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or product of equal value, subject to availability. Email us to check availability before initiating an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

- Items purchased during sale events (unless defective)

- Gift cards
